Greetings 3D'rs,
In my recent posting about the 3D program on New Hampshire public TV's
"NH Crossroads", titled "3D: The Kilburn Brothers of Littleton", I
mentioned being able to order a tape of this program from them using
their 800 phone number. As it turns out, this number only works in New
Hampshire (or perhaps just New England). Not un-reasonable given that
it is a local non-profit TV station.
In any case, here is some more information for those folks outside of
the New England area:
603-868-1100 extension 0
Again, the tape to ask for is New Hampshire Crossroads, show #1626.
Since I recorded this off-air, I had not checked into this before, but
I can now tell you that the tape is $24.95 plus $3 shipping. If you
are expecting eye-popping 3D from this tape, then you will probably be
disappointed. (Someone noted in a private message to me that the
registration on some of the images was off.) But if you are interested
in the history of 3D and old stereo cards in particular, you probably
will enjoy this half hour program. I would think this would be an
excellent tape for a 3D club to have as a loaner.
Later......BC
