I used to think that wouldn't be possible (for us mortals, anyway)...
then at NSA Southwest in April I was introduced to the marvelous little
"freeviewer's assistant" that Alan Lewis produces, and which DrT so
eloquently and thoroughly described here on P3D. Look around the 3rd
week of April, if you are saving digests, or search the archives.
(Try "assistant" as your search word first, as I'm not sure whether
there was a hyphen and/or apostrophe in "freeviewers".) There is
also info available on Alan's web page.

I'd love to hear how this works out, because I have on my 3D "to-do"
list to blow up some Realist format negatives to view in 3D with
Alan's gadget.
I've never used an 8x10 camera, so I can only venture a guess that
you still need to move the whole camera. I'm sure another part
of the brain trust can help with this distribution request!
