Paul Talbot asked which titles were poorly done so he could reserve
spending his hard-earned $$$ for the ones he really wants...so far, I
have not seen any that were bad. There is a lot of hyper stereo effect
so if this is not your thing it may turn you off. However, some of the
shots are so spectacular they litterly "knock your socks off".
The idea of the single use camera has been put on hold temporarily. The
company is finding that they are not making as much as a profit as they
had hoped and are holding back on a few things to keep their investors
happy. Based on this, I'm sure there would be very few $$$ involved
with taking photographs for them. This is the same with View-Master,
you usually do it for the "love of all things 3D".
Wrebbit representatives were suppose to be at Rochester last year and
never showed up so I have a feeling we should not count on them to
appear at Bellevue (Rochester is much closer to Montreal than Seattle).
However, I could be mistaken and, perhaps they would rather travel
several thousand miles than several hundred.
I agree with Dalia, the new titles are WONDERFUL and I would definately
recommend you investing in them. They are trying to cure the "sticking"
problem with each run of new cassettes. Sometimes this problem is
caused by operater failure rather than product failure. If they are
tightly pushed in till you hear the "click" on both ends, they should
be no problem.
