  I am using a borrowed Olympus bellows release to fire
my two medium format Ricohflex's together.  One end of
this dual release is adjustable to set how early that
plunger comes out to stop down the lens. But it seems
to be adjustable for simultaneous use (like firing twin
cameras).

  I have been told that it is still available from
the big mail order places like B&H and Adorama.
