Realist w/Sunpak Transistor MG-1

I've just picked up a cheap Sunpak Thyristor MG-1 handle mount flash.  
I'll be using it with a realist 3.4 and i've already got a hot shoe to pc 
block.  Unfortunately, the little chart that tells f-stop is missing.  
There are four setting as well as manual.  on asa 100, they are:
blue-5.6, red-4, yellow-2.8, green-2. does anyone know the distance 
brackets for these settings, or the manual settings?
