Iloca with an I

I have a question that perhaps someone can enlighten me on regarding the
Iloca camera.

I know that the script printing of the camera name on the camera itself
could be interpreted as either an I or a J, but clearly in the owner's
manual the company refers to the camera as the Jloca. There is also the
same script writing on the cover of the manual that says "Jloca Stereo -
Instructions for use" so that you can see the differences between their
scripted capital I and capital J.

My question is: why is it that most people refer to the camera as the
Iloca? Was the instruction manual translated incorrectly?

I hope that one of our more knowledgeable members might have some
information on the product line.

Just wondering, Tom Martin
