I think Hollywood just made films that way in the 50s. They wanted
to have the look of 3D without those silly glasses.

Even though this was a 1954 Universal film, it was shot in
Cinemascope and released in flat and scope versions.
Palance made two 3D films, 'Flight to Tangier' & 'Second
Chance'.

'Back to God's Country'? 1953 is the right year, but not 3D.
Hudson did make 'Gun Fury' & 'Taza, Son of Cochise' in
3D.

Too many 3D films are 'lost'! Too bad, the timing is almost
right for these to be released in alternate-field DVD.
