Pan-Pet and Australian 3D site

Following my previous posts, Bob Shotsberger <bshots1@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
has provided me with jpg's of the instructions for use and film changing
and the information sheet on the Okinawa film and I have put them up on my
site.  If anyone wants the full size jpg's they should email me.

I have also changed my site using frames which has cut down the load times
and made navigation much easier.  The site is also now connected to the
Stereoscopic web ring.  Next changes will include some pics of VM books
(Ocular Photocoagulation for example), folding viewers and a few other goodies.
