How long does Nimstec take?

I sent some rolls of film to them for the first time approx 3 weeks ago
and was just wondering from anyone who has had used them before, how
long they take? I am begining to get worried about my film being lost in
the mail. I don't mind a wait but was just starting to get concerned.
