Whoah! I've just now had the chance to catch up and recover from NSA'97.
What a show!

The slide shows and the trade fair were a must for everyone, but for me
personally I had only two main objectives in mind: To meet and BS with all
the friends I have made through P3d and other stereo groups, and to get more
ideas and feedback about 3d too inspire and keep the creative juices
flowing. I was not disappointed!

My own participation in the Hacker's workshop was also very full filling.
>From the comments and questions I received, there is an overwhelming desire
for many of you out there to try your own hand at not only shooting 3d, but
making your own equipment.
As I had found in the past, it is indeed frustrating that no commercial
ventures are willing to take the chance on specialized 3d these days. It's
their loss in my opinion. But who needs them! As long as there are those out
there willing to share ideas, then the prospects of custom 3d will take over
the need. To me this is more of a win-win situation anyway, as the more
ideas out there, the more inspiration, and the more GREAT 3D !!!!

I'd like to thank a all of those people that made the convention such a
great success in my mind, but unfortunately I don't know all the silent
slaves behind the scenes. My hat's off to them though.

Also a special thanks to people like Elliott, John B, Jamie and Lincoln,
Jon, Joel, Dalia, Wolfgang, Mike, and the other important etceteras who I
maybe only had enough time to shake their hand.

LONG LIVE 3D !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sam
