I noticed the sci-tech section of "pointcast" had pointers
to three quicktime "movies" that show sequences of mars
photos.
One of three "movies" shows a sequence in anaglyph 3D. It's
about a megabyte in size and runs about half a minute with
images changing every second or two. Does seem to have
right-on-red orientation, and the image needs to be kept
smallish to maintain the proper fusing.
But it *is* pretty cool. It's probably the same as the MSNBC (?),
but is from/through CNN.
So if you use pointcast (a freebie probram, btw) and haven't updated
lately, it might be a good time to do so. Best of all, you aren't
trying to access jpl, so it downloaded quickly last night. :-)
Mike K.
P.S. - Yes, I downloaded the other two as well. :-)
