|visiting the Canopus web site:

|These 3D photos were taken by the Mars Pathfinder probe
|with its stereoscopic 3D camera. Scientists use LCD shutter
|glasses, like the ones included with Total3D, to view the 3D
|photos Pathfinder sends back. These stereo views allow them
|to better navigate the Martian surface.

|Total3D users can also download 3D Photo Editor,
|an application that makes it easy to take your own
|3D photos, using a regular film or digital camera:
