Sunset color used to do good work but they lost half of the last set of
slides I sent them.  I have been through two rounds of trying to contact
them, to no avail.  I am going to file a formal postal complaint in a
week or so.

Not only is there no phone or physical address, but when I called
Shutterbug no one there had an address for them either.  Maybe my case
is an isolated one, but I can't recommend them.

They use the slip in mounts for stereo stuff, so it's not that great a
service anyway.
