Paul Talbot asked about Jamie's Sooke Museum stereo exhibit.
It's a large exhibit packed in smallish quarters but for some
reason it doesn't seem cramped at all. Good layout I guess.
Representatives of most everything 3D are there. I liked the
contributions from photo-3ders best, to tell the truth. Jamie
made (or had made?) a couple of cabinets with tons of pairs
of oculars and a view behind each pair. So there was no need to
change views and the cabinets could handle half a dozen patrons
at once. One of the best views was something I thought was some
form of modern art. Later Jamie told me it was an intentionally
pseudo pair and I went back and looked again and figured out what
was pictured. What fun! 8-)
As a side note, the exchange rate is wonderful in Canada.
My family of spenders attempted to alter the exchange rate
by themselves but fortunately we got out of Canada before the
change they must have caused took effect. Standard name brand
products sell for the same price in Canadian dollars as they
do in US dollars. Anyone who didn't go on to nearby Canada
from the convention made a _big_ mistake. B.C. is simply
too gorgeous.
