The first thing to check, Chuck, is whether or not the flaws appear on
the negatives.  If they don't, then their printer was messed up (junk
in the film gate) and a reprint job is definitely called for (on them,
of course).  If, however, the flaws appear on the negatives, then the
problem was with the camera, and reprinting would produce the same
results.
