Voltage adaptor Wollensak11 viewer?

Wonder if all Wollensak 11 viewers came with an AC to DC adaptor? The original
Wo' instruction sheet which came with mine seem to indicate that the pictured
AC/DC thingee is supposed to be included (mine came in color display box inside
outer Wollensak shipping box but no adaptor was in there). In other words the
instruction sheet didn't label it an option, just said to use batteries isntead
whenever you needed to be portable.
