Stereo Video on the net???

I wasn't paying too much attention to the image formatting debate on the 
list awhile back so maybe I missed something...

But is there any protocol for loading a field-sequential video into a 
net-accessable file so folks can download and view with shutter glasses?

I'd also be generally interested in swapping Toshiba tapes with anyone 
else shooting that format.
