|P.S. to Bob: What is the "battery box" you are looking for? Something
|that did not come with the game originally?

I bought several of the Blockbuster units. I'd *guess* that they were
packaged with both the battery supply (which is what normally came with
the game) and the AC adapter (which replaced the battery supply - normally
an optional extra).

It turns out that the first unit I bought (when I didn't know what
the complete setup was) came only with the ac adapter - the original
"battery box" was missing. At the time I didn't think much of it since
I couldn't conceive that anyone would want to feed the thing batteries
continuously rather than plug it into the wall.

Fast forward a year ...

I bought one of my units up for my partner's son to play with when his
family came to visit (to keep him from driving me #*&#(*! crazy).

Some of the time is spent in a cabin which runs on
a generator for power when necessary. Well, guess who needed a battery
power supply so he could play the game when the generator was off ...
yup - you guessed it. So it turned out that I needed
the original battery holder as well (sigh).

THANKS --BW
