Has anyone experienced similar slippage issues with the TDC Colorist II's?

I just took two rolls with mine. One was K25, and the other was, well, let's 
just say a 'foreign' brand. I sent them both to Kodak for processing. The K25 
came back fine, and the non-kodak had about 50% frame overlap on the entire 
roll!

Funny thing is, I shot the Kodachrome roll last.
