If you are going to mount them yourself, the answer is pretty easy.
For my contribution to Jamie's exhibit at the Sooke museum, I just
went to a local pro lab. You may have to coach them a little. Be
sure to leave explicit instructions (e.g., dupe *both* images of
each pair, please; do not enlarge to full frame, etc.).
DrT and Jon Golden co-authored an article on duping stereo slides;
it appeared in Dalia's Inside 3D magazine early this year and has
some useful tips. For example, precision mounting is critical, as
mounting errors may be magnified in duping, according to the authors.
If you have commercially mounted slides, you should consider remounting
them in RBTs, or other mounts in which you can mount precisely, before
duping.
If you want the slides returned already mounted, I recommend checking
the 3D products and services pages listing. I don't have the URL
handy but I'm sure someone will post it.
