re: anaglyph why?

|I just remembered a very good anaglyph movie that I once saw.
|it was shown at expo '88 [Brisbane, Australia] and was done by a computer
|in Japan, I forget the company. but it was really very well done.

I wonder if by any chance that might have involved a "paper airplane"
crusing around various rooms, etc. I recall seeing a very short clip
of that at one of the SIGGRAPH conferences, with them saying it would
be in 3D (the clip was 2D) but I never heard anything further on it
here in the States...
