Anaglyphs

Some days ago I asked if anyone can explain why 95 % of the
anaglyphs on the WEB are of mediocre quality, and I am grateful,
that so many took the trouble to post an answer. But I am not
so happy with the statements in many of the answers, which said
that those making the anaglyphs have no knowledge of stereoscopic
representation, not to mention basic photography and basic digital
picture editing.
And they present there work to the world public on the net. It should
be possible to change the attitude of the bigger compagnies like JPL,
Silicon Graphic, Philips and of the bigger museums and other
institution.Nobody looking at the work presented, will want to deal
with stereophotography, which I very well understand.
Is this a task for the NSA, ISU or ?
