3M flocking paint (again)

Thanks for the tip Bob. I turned the 3M site upside down and searched under
the most various keywords s.a. paint, flocking, matting, etc. to no avail. I
send them an e-mail with a request for information on which up to now, I
didn't get any reply (may still come). 

So, I apologize for repeating the same question again. Anyone else any idea
how to get some of the stuff or in case it doesn't exist anymore, a good
alternative ? All black paints I've tried still reflect when the light hits
the surface from a low angle. :-(
I'd greatly apreciate any advice.
