As others have suggested, perfection doesn't exist, especially in this area.
However, there is good and better. The problem with better is not only are the
materials expensive, the chemistry can be absolutely lethal (as in cyanide) and
sophisticated facilities are required to safely apply the materials.
Again, the slightest amount of "handling" of the surface can degrade the
quality significantly.
If the foregoing doesn't deter you, search for Chemglaze Z-206.
Personally, I reccommend asking the amateur astronomers, especially those with
photographic interests. It will be cheaper and safer.
Finally, as has been mentioned, this is primarily a design problem in the
geometry of the interior and exterior baffles. You can make or by exterior
baffles. Interior baffles, well they come with the camera. You can always use
a couple of Leicas or Rolleis :-)
