Minnesota still does the test, but passing must not be required to
obtain a license, or many more people would not have one.  Perhaps they
realize that the effect tapers off quickly after 15 feet or so.

I think that it is interesting that red and green bars are used on the
test.  I wonder if that compounds the problem for people who are
red/green color blind or color defficient.
