Sorry, not much more information. It was a short news special on dealing
with hazardous situations such as bomb scares, landslides and natural
disasters. I happen across these things by chance and there was no advance
notice it would discuss 3D. But when they showed this particular detail,
further channel surfing stopped!
They showed a front end loader driving around without a driver, then backed
off to show the operator sitting at some distance wearing LCS goggles and
playing with remote control joysticks. The job he was working on was a
slipping hillside which could collapse onto the vehicle if something went
wrong. I don't recall any mention of specific companies involved.
