Norm, you are much too kind. In response I will allow that it takes
genius to recognize genius. I will also allow that you write my lines
much better than I do. 8-)
You started by telling us that diverting your eyes made you stereoblind.
I'd like to hear a little more about these diversions you presented your
eyes with which made you go stereoblind. Everyone has been cautioned about
the sorts of non-visual diversions which lead to blindness but I do think
you've found a previously-undiscovered effect here. Please elaborate. I
trust these were genteel diversions suitable for exposition on a family
mailing list such as the present one. "Genteel" isn't one o' them
"ethnospecific" words, is it? No, that was some other word, right?
