Thanks to a mention in Bruce Rosenberger's
'3D Ink', I first heard about the comic strip "Rose is Rose". "Rose is
Rose"
does not appear in my local newspaper or the L.A. Times. It does appear
in the Orange County Register, which was sitting at work on Saturday and
Sunday (but I did not pick it up). Pat Brady, who does "Rose is Rose' has

an occassional 3D mention. His latest book, a compilation of strips is
entitled
"She's a Momma, Not a Movie Star". ISBN 0-8362-1087-5, published by
Andrews and McNeel, I had to order it from my local bookstore. His
previous books are also hard to find.

I find the strip very funny and really fell in love with it. The strips
are on the
WWW. a week late, so I can check out the new 3D mention in a week at:

The next Rose is Rose collection, "License to Dream" will be available
this
Fall from Andrews and McMeel, and will include two "flipbooks" in the
lower
corners.  Fanning the pages left and right will make Pasquale's dreamship
fly
through the roof and past the moon.  Later this Summer a Dreamship
T-shirt
will be offered on the website.  :  )
