"Direct-to-video sequel CASPER, A SPIRITED BEGINNING is released to
stores this weekend. The follow-up to the 1995 feature film stars
newcomer Brendan Ryan Barrett alongside Steve Guttenberg, Lori Loughlin,
and Rodney Dangerfield, and this time around James Earl Jones and Pauly
Shore lend their voices as new ghosts. Barrett plays a 10-year-old boy
unafraid of ghosts, who befriends a lost and confused Casper. Meanwhile,
Barrett's father (Guttenberg) is trying to turn a house occupied by
ghosts into a mini-mall, and Casper has ghost Snivel (Pauly Shore) sent
after him after he fails to report for ghost training. Also starring in
the film are Michael McKean, Richard Moll, Debi Mazar, Brian Doyle
Murray, Sherman Hemsley, and Ben Stein. A soundtrack for the film is now
in stores, with the first 200,000 copies featuring limited-edition 3D
artwork of flying ghosts on its packaging."

I have nto seen it, but thought some of you might be interested...
