Chuck Field mentioned that he is having mechanical trouble with his
3Discover viewer and cartridges.

I have suggested that the following instructions be included with the
viewer

Take each cartridge and rap it sharply several times in the palm of your
hand to loosen the roll of film inside.  This should be done with the
cartridge oriented as it fits into the viewer.  Hit the bottom of each
end into your hand and then the tops.  This has worked for me every
single time a cartridge refused to advance all the way in either
direction.
