        Wearing yet another hat for this group, for my day job I am an
Assoc. VP of Investments for Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter.  I couldn't agree
more with Eric Goldstein's analysis of EK's problems.  They have seen their
opportunities and blown every one of them in the last decade.  They carp and
whine and appeal to the Feds, instead of subscribing to total quality
management.  Soon, it will be up for grabs.
