I have used Photo Works only twice but both times have been very
satisfied with their quality, prices, and turnaround, not to mention
they are very courteous. I had them print individual left and right prints
so I have some freedom when mounting, and the size is compatible
with Holmes size mounts, and I think they can also print both left
and right on a single print, ready to slip in a Q-Vue mount or other
(unless that is Grand Photo I'm thinking of -- I don't have the info
directly in front of me). Their prices are lower than Grand Photo,
and they credit you towards future purchases if you overpay, as well
as let you pay any balance due at a later date with future purchases.
They send out any rolls received within 24 hours so they are very
timely and efficient. I FedExed a roll overnight and had the prints
back in 3 days!! That's tough to beat. And they return the
negatives uncut (rolled up and put in a film container -- they'll put
them in a sleeve first if you request it). To contact them, call the
number below and ask for Nancy (she can fax you prices and
information and help answer any questions you may have).

I am not affiliated with them, just think they did a good job for me, and
am sharing my experience. For fairness, to contact Grand Photo, who
also does Realist prints, they are at:
Grand Photo

Phone: (612) 699-9886
Good luck!
Adam
