I'd like to say something here.
take a close look at your monitor screen, yes... it has little dots on it.
now those screwy little dots will show up on any printed matter no matter
how bloody good any damn printer is.

Digital may be hokey-dorey for video since the output is going to a
screen, but it's not ok for my still images.
with a cheap SLR camera I can take much higher quality images than any
overpriced digital camera. I'm not saying digital cameras don't have their
place, they're excellent for the polaroid crowd who want to take closeups
of their genitalia. but for natures vistas, give me kodachrome any day.
