I'm glad we've discussed the pros and cons of at least two competitive
stereo projectors, but there's a few others that should get mention:

The Nord
The Realist
The Fed
The Brackett 

I'd be especially interested to hear from anyone with experiences with the
Realist and Fed Projectors. Why was the Realist Projector not popular? Was
it an inferior machine, or just too costly?  How good is the currently
available Fed Projector?
