Photo-3D Folks,

Dblhauler@xxxxxxx asks about Kodak processing of Realist slides:

>Is it really true that Kodak still does this? If so, what proceedure does
>one use to get them to do it?

Ronald Beck and Charlie Hotchkiss report good results from Kodalux processing
of Kodachrome Realist format slide film. Only the Dallas location is known
to process Realist format. Their address is

6300 Cedar Springs Rd.
Dallas TX 75235,

phone: (800) 365-5589. The less than knowledgable staff seem to equate
Realist with half-frame format. They charge $10.18 for 24 and $12.08 for
36 exposure rolls of Kodachrome. (Ektachrome was more.) I believe I heard
that they use cardboard heat-seal mounts.

best regards,

                                --Emil Volcheck
