I'm pretty sure 2289 did not go out (bobcat burped on a net outage). 
If anyone DID get it, please send a copy back to me. However, 
as best as I can determine there was a "skip" from 2288 to 2290 with
no loss of messages. I'll probably put a dummy 2289 in the archives
(I don't see a 2289 in the digest collector on the machine, so I'm
pretty sure that number was skipped).
