I have tried out all the aluminum spray paints availble in this
country (Denmark). The results varied quite a lot as far as
reflectance, viewing angle, ghosting and color rendition were
concerned - that is from a quality better than a silver screen
to something unusable. My best advise is that you buy a can of
all the different brands, that you can get, and then testspray
i surface similar to the one, you intend to use.
After the drying is finished, project a dias and try all the
samples out with your polarized glasses, and choose the best paint
(if the projection quality is acceptable).
My best choice was a aluspray for automobile wheel repair.
Very good - and cheep - 10 $ for a can, that would cover a
screen of 6 square meters.
