And if I have more piercings than stereo cameras, does that mean that make 
me less of a stereo photographer?  ;)

Actually, it is a 1.5:1 ratio since I have four cameras.  But, I am not 
giving up my post as editor of our camera club newsletter (not that anyone 
is rushing up to take it!)

Frankly I am glad to meet anyone of any age who does stereo photography!  
I have learned a lot from the people who have been doing it a long 
while--proper mounting techniques and ideas about more traditional 
composition.  I also, however, enjoy the work of younger members who are 
photographing (at least in our club) more non-traditional subjects and 
compositions.

As with Gary's statements, these are personal observations and your 
experiences may vary ;)
