Why do so many people today feel that they have to make snide, arrogant, =

downright nasty attacks in order to get out of things they've gotten
themselves into? Even assuming that this guy is too illiterate to read an=

comprehend the instructions on un*sub*scribing (or apparently too
computer-ignorant to know how to delete an unwanted files from his hard
disk), wouldn't a simple "Please remove my name" suffice? After all, he
subscribed to us in the first place.
