For what it's worth, the Plano 3700's I bought recently at "Fred Meyer's"
were $4.49, and they're not a super low-price store (like Costco, etc).

Fred Meyer's is a left-coast "superstore" chain (that just "bought" 
Smith's, another left coast (more supermarket'ish) chain).
