Doc. T. Reminds me.

That being said, some people who were around in 1970 and could have bought
a brand new Macro Realit camera or some more exotic equipment for a
reasonable price, now realize what they have lost...

AHHHH George how true. I am reading from a 4 page ad I recieved around 1972
or 73 for the Macro Realist. YES I REALLY DO SAVE EVERYTHING. I remember the
day I recieved this in the mail. Since I was useing, and still have, and
still use the Realist I had then. I thought, "might be good to have". But
then I looked over the price list. And figured WOW I just don't know. What
would I use that for. I studied the ad for a few days. Then decided NO.
:-(((((
Price List From the Ad:
Model #1060 Macro Camera complete with Carry Case $539.00
Outfit comes with Camera Body w/lens, Rangefinder Attachment, Electronic
Flash w/charger, Flash Tilter Bracket, Pistol Grip w/cable release, and
Deluxe Carrying Case (vinyl clad w/foam padded interior and dividers.)
Model #2061 Battery Stereo Viewer $29.95
Model #2062 Combination Elect./Batt. Viewer $39.95
I was smart enough to buy 2 of these. :-)
Some other prices.
50 Folders $2.95
50 Metal Masks $1.75
120 Labels for Glass Slides $1.50
Oh For a ride in Mr. Peabody's way back machine. Any one else want one if I
get back to that time? I plan to get 4 or 5.
