I just went down to the Japanese bookstore by a local sushi bar in Atlanta
and ordered the book.  Try the same thing where you live and have the sushi
special as a bonus.

They had to check on the price first and it took about three weeks to arrive.
 As I recall, it cost about $65 - a bit on the high side, but it's an amazing
book.  The slides were shown at the 1995 NSA/ISU in Atlanta.
