I recently acquired an interesting stereoscope with some b/w stereograms,
and I would appreciate any help to get more knowledge about both the
stereoscope and the stereograms.

Stereoscope:
Made of sheetmetal (iron) in the shape of a small coffinlike "box"
measuring
90 x 30 x 30 mm. The sides of the box are hinged, and will fould out to a
stereoscope measuring 90 x 85 x 30 mm. The label on the "box" says:

Taschen Stereoskop Kolibri

with the letters:

R.L. & C.     des. besch.

underneeth on one side, and on the opposite side there is a very short
"manual" in german. The "box" is used as storage for the stereograms.

Stereograms:
Made on photographic paper size 70 x 30 mm, All sepia with a picture size
of 25 x 24 mm. Between the right and left picture there is a tekst:

Vraagt Taconis & Wijnveldts Tabak
Serie xxx no. xxx

The stereogramseries are with motives from Holland, Germany, Italy, Norway,
Sweden, Denmark, France and some are with motives from wellknown operettes.
Many details points to the turn of the century. The quality of the pictures
is good.
My 600 dpi flatbed scanner destroyes a lot of detail.
I am gratefull for any help.
