What's so funny is that a few years ago when I
first started, I called their 1-800 number (think
the one in Reel-3D's catalog) and they instantly
knew what I was talking about and told me
the price, differential-payment with the mailer,
and about how it was processed there in Dallas.

Maybe the old phone-answerer retired too
(and was the stereo mounting person on the side?).
