Realist Filter system

I have considered fabricating a filter system for my realist using
filter pairs or single filter plates
( such as Kokin filters ) to expand on creativity.
First of all, are there special effects filters available for the
realist? I haven't heard of any.
I may fabricate a bracket of some sort to allow
the following interchangeable filters....polarizer
FL to daylight, fog, colored horizon, etc. I have
seen the polarizers for realist....but I'm interested in an
interchangeble design. Of course, twin filters would become very
expensive! Kokin filter plates may not be wide enough to span both
lenses at the same time.
( I realize the rangefinder would view through
the filter.....not a problem) Does Kokin or some other mfg. offer wider
filter plates? Has anyone
attempted this before? Your ideas would be greatly valued! Pro's and
cons accepted ,
as it will be a laborous process for me to construct the bracket.
THANKYOU MARK D.
