Ok, most people know that alot of good things (and people) come
out of o-HI-o, but the other day I heard something interesting.
While catching up on P3D messages, the television was on Jeopardy
and I caught a question about the nicknames of people from Ohio.
The answer was buckeye. When I heard that I found it interesting,
funny and coincidental, because of the high proportion of 3D folk
and 3D stuff originating from there. (sorry again, no hard facts
to support my observations, anyways...)

I didn't know what buckeye refers to, so I checked my trusty
dictionary and sure enough, the description given was:
1. A shrub or tree of the horse chestnut family
2. A native or resident of Ohio -used as a nickname.
Now the question, in my mind is still left answered. Why buckeye?
Does it have anything to do with shrubs, trees, bucks, eyes, 3D,
etc.? Inquiring minddds wanna know!
