*****  This whole idea has moved very fast. Almost too fast to think it
through properly, especially for those of us busy on other projects. A CD
with 640 MB can hold quite a few images so there's not too tight a limit. If
you get lots of images, put out two or more CD's. Many CD's that come out
commercially aren't even filled up, though I suspect a 3D CD would have no
problem becoming full.

I have a few plans to work on image collections and CD's after my current
project is completed, which is very soon. Your second project does sound
interesting but it's a ways into the future. I'll keep it in mind.
