Bill,

How can we thank you for that list?  That is fantastic!  We should
definitely post that on the Web site somewhere, and we should also let
these services know that we're listing them and informing people of
their services.  I'm sure they realize already that it's an esoteric
art form, but they would appreciate knowing they're getting some
recognition and, hopefully, some business.
