Greg Erker wishes that there was a reduced height and close-up Albion
mount available but understands that the cost of tooling might be too high.

Now that we have mastered the art of transferring chips from mount to
mount, it is time to look into an aluminum mount with no guides, just like
the Spicer cardboard mounts.  That should be a bit simpler to do and, in
the case of reduced height, it gives the user the freedom to position the
chips at will (instead of being forced to do, say, a "symmetric" cropping,
a top or bottom cropping could be done).

If doing this with aluminum is too expensive, perhaps it is time to look
into paper mounts.  Why not Spicer right away?  Because the paper (or thin
cardboard) mounts could be mounted in glass.
