In my last post, I mentioned how it might be possible to test the
sync of the shutters. Another potential answer that this test might
yield is the "actual" speed of the shutters. The scan lines of the
television would manifest themselves as bands in the photo, and
depending on the shutter speed, the bands would be tall or short
(vertically). Now I leave it up to the mathematically inclined to
calculate the relationship of the band height vs. the shutter
speed timing. ;-)
